For over twenty years we have had community workers who have led us in caring for those who use the church building and those from within the local community in Bromley. The church aims to recognise the various needs of the local community and where possible help to address them.
Our 5000 Project was started to offer help to the homeless and more vulnerable in Bromley, by giving free dinners and refreshments, food parcels and advice. The Project also helped in the running of a soup kitchen and night shelter last winter. The Bromley Winter Night Shelter is now run by Churches Together in Central Bromley.
The church has a Pastoral Care group that looks after the pastoral needs of the congregation and friends.
We also sponsor four children through Plan International, giving them help to become self-supportive in their local community.
